Kodiak Properties, L.L.C., (Kodiak) located in Bethesda, Maryland, specializes in the acquisition of retail centers located in the Mid-Atlantic region, for the purpose of long-term investment and redevelopment.

Our Mission

To find, acquire, lease, and upgrade Kodiak properties to maximize their value. Kodiak concentrates on existing retail properties. These properties have shown to have the least risk, and with careful development, have the potential to produce the best return. Kodiak Events

• July 2009 - Purchased Westgate Center located in Manassas, Virginia. The shopping center contains 179,904 square feet of space and is composed of 22 storefronts, including: Giant, Citibank, and CVS Pharmacy.

• November 2008 - Purchased Coliseum Corner Shopping Center located in Hampton, Virginia. The 49,000 square foot strip mall is composed of 14 storefronts, including: Kool Smiles, Jason Hewitt Tax Services, and Citi Financial.

• June 2008 - Seven properties purchased from Regency Centers with over 800,000 square feet.
