million square feet. Our properties perform well above their pro forma projections with
most of the centers over 95% leased. Kodiak's properties are located in the Metropolitan
Washington, D.C. area, more specifically in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia,
and Washington, D.C.
